If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and your ordered products are going to be manufactured soon.You would also be timely informed once the items you ordered are unavailable.
• Payment Method and Security

• 2. Our Websize will not store any of your payment information. Your payment will be authorized on a secured third party page.
• 3. Please don’t send your payment information by email because we can not guarantee the security of your data under this circumstance.
• Delivery InformationDue to varying item availability,multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately.If you have chosen an expedited shipping method,each individual shipment may have a separate charge,but the total shipping charges for all shipment should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order.Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked by sending us emails under the same order number.1. Please note that our website can not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination  Please allow for no more than 15 work days for delivery of your orders. • Order Canceling

• Return and Refund 
• 1. You are to check the goods immediately you receive your order. You should confirm the responsibility without any delay when any defect or damage is found.
• 2. You are to get an immediate goods return and full refund on the condition that it is our fault. Under this circumstance, please contact us within 7 days.
• 3. Before you return the goods, please make sure they are in original condition and all included accessories should be returned together.
• 4.Before you return the goods, please contact our customer service. Our website do not take liability if you return your items without intercourse.
• 5.If your fault caused the damage, however, you are liable for the compensation of the damage.
